The Model 83 Integrating Sound Level Meter has been very carefully
designed to be easy to use whilst proving the functions needed by
the acoustic professional. With the addition of octave band filters,
this is the highest specification instrument in the Assessor range.
If you need more advanced features at a later date then it can
be upgraded to have data logging and download ability without being
returned to the factory. Of course it can be provided with this
upgrade pre-installed when new.

Simple and Quick
Just calibrate, press Start, wait for the level to
settle, press Stop. At any time you can read both the
LAeq and the LCPeak from the large backlit display. You can
even switch off, return to your office, switch on and recall
the last measurement made. |
