This product benefits from a 2 Year Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If you return the equipment to us each year for calibration then this is extended for up to a total of 12 Years at no extra cost. When you purchase this product it comes automatically with this warranty. Each year that you return the equipment for calibration, the warranty is extended by a further 12 months for the lifetime of the product. This shows our confidence in the quality of the equipment and should comfort you in the knowledge that you can get at least 12 years use from your investment.

This warranty applies to products manufactured after 1st March 2007. Before this date the product was covered by the standard 1-year warranty. The warranty does not cover user damage or misuse, nor does it cover microphone capsules or damaged instrument displays.

The warranty becomes void if the equipment is not returned for calibration within 18 months of purchase. There is a charge for the calibration and service of this equipment. The price for this can be found by following the Service link on the main web pages.
